The works on the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge, the foundations of which were laid on March 18, 2017, came to an end. The opening of the bridge will be held on March 18, 2022, when the 107th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory will be celebrated. The bridge will provide uninterrupted transportation from the European side to the Asian side in as little as 6 minutes from the Dardanelles Strait.
