"The application will spread to the whole factory"
Cinzia Farisè, CEO of Türk Prysmian Kablo, who said that the application, which started with 8 teams, continues to expand with 16 teams today, said, "We first launched the 6S application in the field of production. As of this year, we will also launch in offices. Our biggest goal is to ensure that this practice covers our entire company and is sustainable with monthly audits. In our opinion, the most important feature of 6S applications is that our colleagues take ownership of both their work and their work areas thanks to their one-to-one involvement in this activity. As our trainings and inspections continue, we experience visible, positive changes in the field together. These positive changes both increase our motivation and create a more efficient and safe working environment." Said.
