Günsan Elektrik's " Women Enlightening Life" project continues. Female electrician candidates who successfully completed 200 hours of theoretical training started practical training. Participants who complete the training, which will last for 3 months in total, will take a strong step into the profession of electrician by receiving the "Strong Current Plumber" certificate.
Within the scope of the "Women Enlightening Life" project carried out by Günsan Elektrik in cooperation with the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services and İŞKUR Sancaktepe Service Center, female electrician candidates completed their theoretical training. The participants, who learned the basics of electricianism in the trainings that lasted a total of 200 hours, started practical trainings. Successful female electrician candidates who complete a comprehensive training of 508 hours for 3 months will have a profession in the field of electricity by obtaining the "High Current Plumber" certificate.
Women become "masters" in electricity
Günsan Elektrik Marketing Director Alişan Çapan, who said that they were inspired by Hanife Kaymaz, who started her career by opening the electricity shop with her own means while implementing the project, said, "We believe that women add their own light everywhere they touch. We are very proud to create working space for women in the electrical profession where men are dominant and to provide them with the opportunity to create their own economy. In this sense, Hanife Kaymaz has been an important role model for us. When we see the interest and determination of our electrician candidates in the profession, our motivation increases. After the theoretical trainings, our candidates have now started their practical training. Our women masters will soon land successfully on the field and earn their own income by performing what they have learned."
In the first phase of the "Women Enlightening Life" project implemented by Günsan Elektrik, 13 women between the ages of 20-45, who are looking for a job and who want to work, receive training. After the first graduates, the project is planned to continue in the coming periods.
