Akenerji continues its educational activities in schools in regions where hydroelectric power plant investments are located without slowing down. Akenerji experts introduced hydroelectric power plants to a total of 1215 students and 69 teachers in Adana. In addition to providing information about the safety measures taken by the company to protect the surrounding citizens against possible accidents, the issues to be considered by the local people were also shared. Akenerji, one of the leading companies in the energy sector in Turkey, continues its 'HEPP Information Meetings' that it has been holding since 2013. During the trainings held in Adana, Akenerji Environment, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety Directorate and power plant officials gave information to the students about the safety measures taken around the hydroelectric power plants and the working principles of the power plants. A total of 1215 students and 69 teachers participated in Akenerji trainings. During the trainings, 00 informative brochures and 16 posters were distributed. Awareness of students and teachers was ensured through the meetings. Thanks to the presentations, children gained detailed information about renewable energy and electricity production. At the end of the presentations, the students asked questions about HEPPs and Akenerji's investments in the region and received information from our experts.
