What is your product range and its features?

Our own brand OMG PANO also has type tests up to 5000A.
The features of our OMGPANO brand are briefly;
-OMGPANO: IEC61439-1/2 Standards up to 5000A, IP54, FORM4B AG Panels.
Do you have any new product studies?
Yes, as OMG PANO, our work to establish our own panel system with our panel brand, which we have patented, continues at full speed. We have up to 5000A type test certificates for OMG PANO. The internal arc testing process of our panel is ongoing, and we will soon receive our three-axis seismic test certificate. We have been working to increase our exports for a long time, and there are requests from abroad to make panels with our own brand. We aim to present the experience we have gained in the sector to the sector again with OMG PANO.
In this sense, we will be different from our competitors; OMG PANO will only be produced in the Omega Enclosure factory and will not sell empty cabinets to other panel manufacturers. Thanks to the experience gained by Omega Pano over the years, it will be a panel system that is produced according to quality procedures and goes through the same processes and is competitive in price.
What is the biggest difference that distinguishes your products from their counterparts?
As a company, the satisfaction of our customers ranks first for us. In order to meet this, we are always with our customers and behind our products in terms of project and technical support while producing panels, and in case of need after our panels reach the field.
We have a production area of 7000m2 and we can say that we are the only company that installs only electrical panels of this size both in Turkey and in Europe.
We attach great importance to the fact that the panels we produce are error-free and of high quality. For this, we have a quality control and testing team of 12 people who are experts in their fields, who only test the panels. Due to the safety of our employees and our modern factory structure, our test areas and production areas are separate from each other.
In addition, one of these differences is our QR Code (QR) tag system. We have been applying the QR Code system as standard in each of our panels for 5 years. Thanks to this application, which we initiated as the first in the sector and has been one of our standards for 5 years, our customers can instantly access all the documents of their boards in the field by downloading a simple application to their phones thanks to the QR code reader.
As a company, we have a vision and capability that attaches great importance to digitalization, follows today's requirements and new developments in the world and quickly implements them. Thanks to this perspective, we continue to serve our customers in the most modern and high quality way.
What are the important points to be considered in the production of panels?
It is important to make product selection in accordance with the specification, and in some cases, even in the project, the faulty parts are noticed by the panel manufacturer and reported to the project owners. As a result, it is necessary to reach the right product that project owners need. We are one of the rare companies that can achieve this.
Occupational health and safety is an issue that needs to be considered in our sector. As Omega Pano, we prioritize producing user-friendly, secure panels.
As Omega Pano, what are the advantages you provide to project owners. How do you run the process when a project comes in?
Thanks to our expert technical team and 22 years of experience in this sector, we deliver the right solutions to the project owners in a quality and timely manner. Another advantage of ours is our quality technical service after sales. Omega Panel has proven itself with its electrical engineers, panel assembly experts and major projects carried out all over Turkey and abroad.
When the dashboard proposal we have prepared turns into work, we start by defining this project in our ERP and MRP system. Then, a project kick-off meeting is organized with the participation of the stakeholders related to the project and the actions they need to take in this project are conveyed to all units. After that, the assembly process begins. Our assembled panels are moved to the test area and all necessary tests are carried out in our test areas. After the approval of our quality control department, our logistics department makes the board ready for shipment.
What are the required type tests for the main distribution and secondary boards?
This issue may vary according to the project. But in general, the Type Test Certificate is a quality assurance criterion for panel manufacturers that guarantees that their boards are equipped with electrical devices, busbar systems, accessories that comply with the relevant standards and are structures installed according to the assembly instructions.
In the electrical panel market, the tests that are known as short circuit and temperature increase, which must be done close to 20 in total specific to the product, are called type tests. There is already a Type Test requirement for each type of product produced according to EN 61439-1 / 2 standard.
