Beta Transformator, one of the most important partners of the energy sector, exports its products to more than 40 countries as well as the domestic market. Our company, which is located in Adana Haci Sabanci Organized Industrial Zone, produces power, distribution, dry and special type transformers and also undertakes maintenance and repair services of these transformers on-site and in the factory.

We are at every point where energy reaches in daily life. In line with our ethical principles, we are also very determined to carry the justified pride of having a human resources understanding that is focused on development, innovation and change, embraces differences of opinion, supports and encourages the transformation of productive thinking into added value, believes in the power of human resources, prioritizes its employees and respects their efforts. Can you tell us about your company's investment plans?

We would like to state that there have been significant developments and changes in the energy sector and that serious steps have been taken in terms of energy in Turkey by anticipating that the growth in this field will continue in the coming period, and that our investments in HES, GES, RES and JES continue to increase in terms of solution partnership. The factor that pushed us to invest was the world energy market and the demands of the energy distribution companies under the roof of Turkey Electricity Distribution. Increasing energy investments and incoming demands show that the rapid growth will continue in the coming years.

In order to adapt to changing conditions and maintain the company's rising successful line, we believe that continuous development, improvement, giving priority value to the employee and the happiness of the employee will make a difference in every process.

The most important goal of the Beta in 2021 is to provide an equal, fair and safe work environment that will provide an opportunity for its employees to effectively demonstrate and realize their competencies and potentials. The beta aims to increase highly motivated workspaces, employee engagement and happiness at all times. Starting from recruitment, performance evaluation, survey and recommendation management, internal communication and employee satisfaction activities are aimed to be carried out on digital platforms. We are rapidly continuing the infrastructure works in this area. In this new era where the questions of how Generation Z should be adapted to business life and how to manage them are confronting, we are aware of how important it is to create strategies developed to understand the lives and expectations of young people by getting rid of traditional business models.
