The new president of the Cable Industrialists' Association (Kabloder), which includes 19 leading manufacturers of the Turkish cable industry, is Faik Kürkçü. Faik Kürkçü, who took over from former chairman Erkan Aydoğdu at Kabloder's Board Meeting held on October 17, stands out with his experience in the sector as Türk Prysmian Kablo's Contracting Group Sales Director.
The 2019 Board Meeting of the Cable Industrialists' Association - Kabloder, which directs the Turkish cable sector, was held on October 17 at Kabloder's Headquarters. At the meeting, Faik Kürkçü took over the task instead of the former president Erkan Aydoğdu, who will continue his working life abroad. Faik Kürkçü, the new president of Kabloder, has been a member of the Türk Prysmian Kablo family since 1995 and has been the Sales Director of the company's Contracting Group since 2009.

Faik Kürkçü, the new president of Kabloder, who said that Kabloder's efforts to increase safety and quality awareness will continue intensively, said, "I was honored to take over the presidency of Kabloder, which guides the Turkish cable sector. I would like to thank the members who entrusted me with this task, as well as our former chairman Mr. Erkan Aydoğdu, for the successful work he has carried out so far. I wish to carry forward the flag I have inherited from him with the same diligence and enthusiasm. Our association will continue its activities uninterruptedly by saying "Quality and Safety First". Since the day it was founded, Kabloder has been working on issues such as the development of the sector, identifying and solving problems, and in 2019, Kabloder focused especially on non-standard cables. Kabloder, which acts with the principle of "Quality and Safety First" with the aim of increasing the quality awareness in the sector, aims to increase the inspections in the market and to prevent production and distribution that do not comply with the standards. It is also working with the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
