Zorlu Energy opens its Almaty branch in order to invest as an investor in order to operate in the fields of solar energy, renewable energy and other energy in Kazakhstan, to sign EPC contracts by carrying out EPC activities and to work on all issues within the company's field of activity.

Kazakhstan, which is one of the most economically developed countries among CIS countries, is expected to provide 50 percent of its installed power from renewable energy sources within the scope of its 2050 targets. Zorlu Energy also acted in this direction and increased its renewable energy investments in Kazakhstan; in particular, it aims to increase solar and wind projects to at least 250 MW capacity.
