Teksan exports its domestic motorized generators to 3 continents

Teksan, which delivers its products produced by using the latest technology in its factories with the highest generator production capacity in Turkey to more than 130 countries, adds value to our country with its domestic product exports. The company, which focuses on exports with its domestic products that will reduce the foreign dependence of the generator market on the engine, has achieved a great success by exporting its domestic production generators to Asia, Europe and Africa . Compared to 2019, the export of domestic motor generators increased by more than 30 percent, and it aims to raise this figure even higher in the coming period.

Adopting domestic production, Teksan flies our flag in more than 130 countries with its exports consisting of innovative products. The company, which follows a successful marketing strategy to open up to new markets and exports 65 percent of its production, is among the Fastest Growing Companies in Exports. In line with its global growth targets, it also aims to achieve a multiplier effect in exports in the near future with its overseas offices opened in the UK.

The biggest import item in the generator sector is the engine. In addition to the domestically produced Yavuz Motor, Teksan undertakes an important mission in reducing foreign dependency with its Ecotorq engine developed to use in the generator with Ford Otosan and domestically powered generator sets in the power range of 75 – 550 kVA.

Ebru Ata Tuncer, Member of the Board of Directors in Charge of Teksan Marketing, stating that providing added value to the Turkish economy and increasing employment is one of the biggest goals, said: "By presenting our products we produce in our country to foreign markets, we both promote our country and contribute to the turning of the wheels of the Turkish economy. In addition to nearby markets such as Europe, the Middle East, Russia and the Turkic Republics, North and Central Africa, we diversify our export markets with sales to South America and Asian countries. We have an extensive dealer network around the world. In addition, within the scope of the Turquality Support Program, we intend to increase our share in the global market with our overseas offices, the first of which we opened in Birmingham, England. In the coming period, we will double our export attack with our new offices."

By exporting these products to Asia, Europe and Africa, we have achieved an increase of more than 30 percent in this area compared to 2019. Our domestic generators have been welcomed with great interest in the Turkish market as well as abroad. In the coming period, with the decrease in the impact of the pandemic and the realization of normalization, we think that we can reach much larger export figures in this field."
