The pandemic period has led to changes in the marketing and working strategies of almost all companies. Many companies have decided to continue the process with online meetings instead of face-to-face meetings. First of all, although it bothered us not to meet face to face because we are a warm-blooded nation, this situation began to gain a habit over time. Although we strategically stay away from organizations such as travel and fairs, this process has pushed us to develop new strategies in order to raise our goals even higher. In terms of education, quality and social responsibility, we aim to improve the skills of our current staff and to make a difference to our competitors with the participation of talented and market-dominant teammates.
The work we do is not easy at all; engineering, design, bidding, projecting, product selection and quality such as many elements such as the right combination and effective prices to the customer requires to be presented. Contrary to what it seems, sustainability has gained importance even in environments of capital size and crisis. We can evaluate the competition process at many points such as distributors of international companies, hair manufacturers who have created their own brand, electroassembly companies that manufacture according to customer demands. Sometimes this competition is between each category, and sometimes there are competition processes between categories. This process generally develops in favor of the end user and is reflected in the cost/profit analysis to the equipment manufacturers and leads to the loss of quality over time. Here, project and control companies have a great duty both to protect and maintain the manufacturer and to offer quality products to the user. We are such a big country; there is enough business and earnings for each firm in each category. As long as we can protect the moral and commercial values that fall on us in the panel industry.
We are growing OMGPANO, which we have started R & D studies in the past years and accelerated in terms of production, as a baby. In the developing process, we have provided large project references in domestic and international markets. OMGPANO, which has documents of type test, seismic and internal arc tests that meet international standards and equivalent documents with leading international companies in the field; It has become one of the rare brands that meet the technical criteria of high-level projects in Turkey. In order not to disturb the high quality standards, OMGPANO will only assemble at the Omega Pano factory.

The PANDEMIC process that the world is in has adversely affected the electricity sector as in every sector. However, in terms of sustainability, the electricity sector has not been affected as heavily as other sectors. The measures taken in the facilities that produce like us have slowed down our production rate, our labor losses have occurred due to the transmission of the virus and the long quarantine periods, and there have been sagging in our delivery times due to the same situation in our supply channels. With the measures taken in this regard, these processes have now been brought under control.
We had a tough year. When we evaluate the past month, we look at 2021 very positively from a commercial point of view. Behind this view lies our strategic preparations as well as the measures taken in terms of health.In addition, the market forecasts of other Omega Group companies for this year are quite high and will increase the growth rate by creating a strong synergy with Omega Pano.
What are your expectations from public institutions and organizations when viewed by businesses and the sector after the pandemic?
Here I would like to evaluate the evaluation in general, not post-pandemic terms. For issues such as increasing production and product quality, protecting human health, making the use of internationally accepted standards compulsory in our country, public institutions should cooperate with professional institutions such as the Chamber of Electrical Engineers and the Association of Electrical Installation Engineers.
