I was born in Adana in 1983.I am a 2001 TAC graduate. I graduated from Business Administration. I am married, have a daughter and a son.

I am the Honorary Consul of Ethiopia in Hatay.

I started to work actively in 2002 and since the day I started working, my business life has always been very busy, but especially after I had children, I took care to spare time for myself and my family.

Why Energy Sector?

I can say that I was born in this sector. So it was clear that I was going to do this job. For this reason, I directed all my education and skills according to this sector. When I look back on the past, I think I made the right decision because the energy sector has a very dynamic structure, it obliges people to develop. This active work life is a situation that fits my character quite well.

What Would You Do If You Weren't an Manager?

When I was little, like every boy, I had a dream to become a pilot. However, since a very young age, I have spent most of my time outside of school with my father at work, starting from the lowest levels in the energy sector. This gave me the opportunity to observe and get to know the energy sector. So, after a while, it made me dream about this job.

The Continent You Exported First?

We made our first export to the African continent. I decided to export our production and did market research for a long time. I spent an average of 6 months of the year abroad. Our round-trip organizations and overseas marketing activities initially pushed us a lot. Because there was no one abroad who knew our company name yet. Our export process, which started with the African market, has now spread to 6 continents except for the North American continent.

Export Country Targeted?

Today, I think we have gained a serious place in the Middle East, Africa and European market. I can say that it is my recent dream to have a place in the North and South American market.

The project that excites you?

Of course, after establishing our R&D facility, our dreams about the sector increased. We do very serious research and innovative work. With the support of TUBITAK and EU Projects, we produce innovative products and products that are not offered in the Turkish market. I am excited that we will start mass production for the products that we will patent soon.

Yusuf Cenk Dağsuyu Dreams?

I also have personal dreams, of course. For example, I have had a special interest in boats since I was little. Nowadays I teach my son and daughter how to ride boats. It is my biggest dream to go on a long blue cruise with my wife and children.

Advice for Young People for Business Life?

I started my business life at a very young age with (–) numbers, and now as an older brother and sister who wants to remind young people of the importance of (0) zero, I can say that a foreign language is definitely a topic that needs to be developed during your student years. How many languages you know rather than the school you study is definitely much more important in today's business life. Another recommendation is that before starting active business life, they should definitely take part in part-time jobs, do internships, take an active part in social responsibility projects and improve their communication aspects as much as possible.

Favorite Country?

There are actually a few countries that I enjoy visiting, but Spain; I can say that it is the closest to me in terms of life energy. On the African continent, Ethiopia.

When do you feel most energetic?

Lately I started playing drums. Due to the structure of the instrument, you already have to feel energetic, which makes me stress very well. I also feel free when I go water skiing.
