Beha-Amprobe has introduced the AT-6010-EUR Advanced Wire Tracking Kit, designed to make it easier and safer to find energized and non-energized cables, circuit breakers and fuses.

The kit consists of two modules. The transmitter is connected to the circuit and the receiver is capable of easily detecting the signal on the wires or cables on the walls, ceilings and behind the floors.

The simple, one-button AT-6010-TE transmitter module operates in circuits up to 600V AC/DC in Category 1 to Category 3 electrical environments, allowing operation in a directly powered circuit without the need to shut down the equipment. The AT-6010-RE receiver module features a large LCD display with energized/non-energized indicators, a bar graph showing two-digit reading and signal strength, a sound indicator to easily determine cable position, and sensitivity adjustment.In hard-to-reach areas, the receiver's end sensor can be used to monitor wires in corners, confined spaces and junction boxes.

The transmitter has a high signal mode for general monitoring and a specially designed loop mode for the determination of short circuits, as well as two optimal monitoring frequencies that are automatically activated according to the perceived voltage.

The Beha-Amprobe AT-6010-EUR Advanced Wire Tracking Kit can also be used for the following applications:

• Connecting to RCD protected circuits

• Find breaks and openings

• Finding short circuits

• Monitoring wires in metal conductors

• Monitoring shielded wires

• Monitoring of underground cables

• Monitoring of low voltage cables and data cables

• Separating packed wires

• Mapping a circuit with test leads

The AT-6010-EUR also works in harmony with the Beha-Amprobe CT-400-EUR Signal Clamp accessory to create a tracking signal on the cable when there is no access to the bare conductors.
