Sigma Electric met with sector representatives at the 8th "POWER NIGERIA" fair in the field of Electricity and Energy held in the African region.

Power Nigeria 2019 8th International Electrical, Electronics and Lighting Exhibition held between 24-26 September 2019; It brings together a wide range of visitors in the energy field of the country consisting of Government Officials, Commercial Buyers, Agents and Distributors, Project Owners, Consultants, IT Specialists, Engineers, Contractors, Entrepreneurs.

Sigma Electricity Export Director Genco UYSAL, who is one of the well-established and large companies in the field of Low Voltage Protection, Measurement and Control Equipment in Turkey's Electromechanical sector and which produces LV switchgear especially Low Voltage Circuit Breakers, Automatic Fuses, Low Voltage Contactors, Low Voltage Current Transformers, evaluated the sectoral importance of the exhibition and Turkey's place in the sector.

Uysal said, "The sectoral importance of this fair is very great. Customers here will increase Turkey's exports over time. In this respect, it is necessary to be here for both Turkey and the company. We have been in this sector for 26 years. We produce Low Voltage Protection, Measuring and Control equipment.

The Nigeria fair is an important event for us to take part in the biggest markets of Africa.During the fair, we will have the opportunity to meet and meet with professional sector representatives. The interest and appreciation of the visitors to our stand towards our company and our products is a great source of excitement for us.

Genco Uysal; When we look at the trade volume between Turkey and Nigeria, our export volume to Nigeria, which is an emerging market, which was 769 thousand dollars in 2002, has climbed since 2007 and reached 46 million dollars in 2013. Our exports to Nigeria in the last 10 years have been following a fluctuating course. In 2018, our exports to the country amounted to 346 million dollars.
