In this context; Zorlu Holding's corporate entrepreneurship project Parlak Bi'Fikir was launched with a launch meeting held at Levent 199. The meeting was attended by Zorlu Holding CEO Ömer Yüngül, Zorlu Holding CFO and Sustainability Committee Chairman Cem Köksal, Vestel Ventures General Manager Metin Salt, Zorlu Holding Human Resources Director Zülal Öztürk Kaya and Legal Director Aydın Temel, as well as many employees of Zorlu Holding in Istanbul. 50 percent increase in intrapreneurship proposals with Parlak Bi'Fikir Within the framework of Smart Life 2030, Zorlu Holding aims to increase the in-house entrepreneurship and open innovation proposals from its stakeholders by 50 percent by 2022. With the project, Zorlu employees with creative ideas from different units will come together to seek a solution to a common issue. This project will create an environment of understanding, discussion, learning, sharing, experimentation and cooperation for Zorlu Holding employees. Employees with the trainings to be given in the process; will have the chance to develop competencies such as taking initiative, teamwork, planning, organization and leadership. They will develop the creative and innovative ideas they produce in teams with an entrepreneurial approach. Thus, while the Zorlu Group offers its employees a new generation career opportunity as an entrepreneur; on the other hand, it offers them the opportunity to design the future of the Group together with innovation. Employees will be able to participate in the Parlak Bi'Fikir project through the portal created specifically for the project. Throughout the project, Zorlu Holding will provide all the support they need such as training, mentoring and seed investment to the teams to be formed around the ideas selected in line with the Group's priorities. After a 3-month incubation period, the idea teams that are entitled to receive the final investment will be able to establish a company jointly with Zorlu Holding.
