Girişim Elektrik Sanayi Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. has completed the application process to CMB and Borsa İstanbul for public offering

Giving life to giant energy investments with its technology, engineering, production and contracting power; Girişim Elektrik A.Ş., one of Turkey's largest energy companies, which is a global brand with the projects it has implemented in 60 countries on 5 continents and the power plants it has established, has started the public offering process.

The company, which announced that it would carry out its public offering under the leadership of Oyak Yatırım consortium, reported that it submitted its public offering application file to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and Borsa İstanbul as of April 12, 2021.

Noting that Girişim Elektrik has the highest net profit with approximately TL 235 million among the companies that have been offered to the public in the last 2 years as of the end of 2020 by generating TL 880 million in 2020, Harmanlı said, "Girişim Elektrik, which provides an important added value to our country, has been producing investors both all over Turkey and in the EMEA region for many years as one of the leading actors of renewable energy in the region, profitable and optimized investments in line with their needs. Now, with our new targets, we will maximize this benefit."
