The increasing energy consumption in the world and in Turkey every year leads to a decrease in resources and greatly increases the costs of companies. Energy consumption in the world is increasing every year. So much so that energy consumption in the world in 2017 increased by 2.2 percent compared to the previous year. There is an increase in Turkey as in the whole world. In addition to this situation, the industrial sector in our country consumes 1.5 times the average of developed countries. Osman Kipoğlu, General Manager of Enervis, which operates in the field of energy efficiency consultancy and applications, pointed out that high energy consumption causes a decrease in resources and increases the costs of enterprises, "40 percent of electricity consumption and 26 percent of natural gas consumption in Turkey are realized in industry. Therefore, activities to increase energy efficiency in this area significantly reduce both employers' costs and energy imports. Using less raw materials and energy together with the clean production strategy increases competitiveness as well as providing ecological benefits." At this point, we support industrial companies to achieve a very serious saving. To give an example, we provide energy efficiency of around 25 percent with the work we do in the textile sector." Due to the lack of sufficient insulation on the roofs, a very serious level of energy is spent to cool or heat the building interiors. This is also the case because the exterior surfaces and windows of the buildings of these enterprises and factories are empty concrete or ordinary glass. With the PV solar energy systems to be made on the roofs and exterior surfaces of these enterprises, some of the energy needed by the enterprises can be met from here, while the energy costs spent on the air conditioning of the building can be significantly reduced. Thanks to the increasing efficiency of PV panels with the developing technology in recent years, solar energy has become a more usable area. For this reason, many enterprises have started to produce electricity from solar energy by placing PV panels on their roofs. A business for which we conducted a detailed energy survey started to produce electricity by placing 8 MW solar panels on its roof." Starting from the efficient system design of the new factories of Coşkunöz Metal Form, which manufactures molds and serial sheet metal parts for the entire automotive main industry in Turkey, and Nestlé Waters' Sude Su brand, which serves with 65 drinking water brands in more than 130 countries, all mechanical installation applications were carried out by taking into account the efficiency criteria. Enervis, which started to work on the VAP application of Çelikel, which offers aluminum casting solutions for the automotive and white goods sector in Gebze, detected inefficiency in the economizers of the existing aluminum melting furnaces. As a result of the report prepared, the Çelikel factory was entitled to receive 30 percent grant support with the Waste Heat Recovery Project. During the implementation phase of the project, Enervis planned to heat the administrative building with the recovered waste heat and to operate the absorption cooling system in the factory, where I implemented three economizer replacements, automation renewal and insulation. Çelikel company will amortize its investment in a short period of approximately one year. The mechanical installation of the new factory of Medigen Pharma, which produces pharmaceuticals in Turkey, in Gebze is carried out in accordance with the validation and efficiency requirements required for production in laboratories.
