PANASONIC ECO SOLUTIONS TURKEY VOLUNTEERS CONTINUE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Panasonic Eco Solutions Turkey continues to carry out corporate social responsibility projects that add value to life with an approach that believes that sustainable development will be realized through investment in people and the conscious use of natural resources. The organization, which aims to create maximum value by ensuring that its employees take part voluntarily in the social responsibility projects it has implemented, has recently signed another important awareness for our cute friends to hold on to life with cat houses and feeding apparatusdesigned by volunteer employees for cats living in the industrial facility garden. They built cat houses, they warmed both cats and their hearts! Panasonic Eco Solutions Turkey Volunteers made cat houses from old vehicle tires and food apparatus from wastewater pipes to support cats to hold on to life on cold winter days. The floors of the cat houses created by volunteers were covered with blankets to protect the cats more from the cold. The inside of the apparatus made of wastewater pipes was filled with food so that the cats could easily feed their bellies on these cold winter days. Emphasizing the importance of volunteering in the ceremony held within the scope of the campaign, Panasonic Eco Solutions Turkey's General Manager in charge of Corporate Brand Management Aysel Özaltınok said, "Thanks to this campaign, which came to life with the slogan ' We Build Cat Houses, We Protect from the Cold', our employees have once again shown that they always have an exemplary sensitivity in volunteering against social issues. As an organization, our aim in implementing such volunteering projects is to ensure the awareness of our individual responsibilities towards society, our world and a sustainable future. In the projects or campaigns we carry out in this direction, the majority of our employees have taken an active part. This result also shows how important volunteering is in our corporate culture. Our volunteers, who have many exemplary practices, have also been deemed worthy of the 'Most Successful Volunteering Program Award' by the Private Sector Volunteers Association in recent years. I believe that participation in volunteering programs carried out within the scope of the social responsibility project is a very important concept that increases the intrinsic motivation of our employees and adds value to their sense of belonging. Volunteering also gives people empathy, strengthens their social bonds, and provides reasons to smile. All these positive factors that come with volunteering are enough to make people more loving and understanding."
