Schneider Electric joins NewCities Foundation as corporate member

Schneider Electric becomes the new corporate member of the NewCities Foundation.

The Foundation's board of trustees was joined by Caspar Herzberg, Schneider Electric Regional President for the Middle East and Africa.

The company has also joined the Greenfield Cities Alliance, one of the world's leading urban development communities.

Schneider Electric, a worldwide expert in energy management and automation, has been declared a corporate member by the NewCities Foundation. The aim of the foundation is to make cities much smarter, healthier and more vibrant. With the membership, Caspar Herzberg, Schneider Electric Middle East and Africa Regional President, joined NewCities' board of trustees. The delegation, which is made up of world-renowned leaders from academia, public and private sectors, provides strategic guidance and support to the foundation's projects.
