Siemens Introduces Environmentally Friendly, Innovative Products and Solutions

Siemens Turkey, which provides energy savings of up to 90 percent with its unique portfolio for energy efficiency, introduced its innovative, environmentally friendly products and solutions. The event was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources with the theme " Energy Efficiency as a Resource-Hidden Treasure in Energy" .  At the fair, Siemens Turkey's stand developed with a focus on digitalization and introduced its products and solutions for every field from buildings to electricity networks, from energy to the industrial sector attracted attention. Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, TRNC Minister of Economy and Energy Özdil Nami, Malta Minister of Energy and Water Joseph Mizzi also visited the booth and received information from Siemens Turkey officials. Siemens Turkey contributes to energy efficiency Siemens Turkey has achieved energy savings of TL 283 million with nearly one thousand 200 energy efficiency projects realized in the last four years. This savings means 915,000 tons less carbon dioxide emissions and the equivalent contribution to 268,000 tree plantings . The new generation Smart Thermostat from Siemens optimizes energy consumption and achieves energy savings of up to 30% thanks to its 'Green Leaf' feature. The Siemens Smart Thermostat, which stands out with its interface and user-friendly design that is in constant communication with the environment, can be controlled remotely with the mobile application. Thanks to its intelligent algorithm and 6 different sensors – temperature, humidity, brightness, proximity, presence and air quality – it recognizes its environment in less than 24 hours.

• SIESTORAGE

Today, the integration of renewable energy sources into the grid and the density of distributed generation facilities are changing the structure of electricity grids. SIESTORAGE energy storage solution developed by Siemens; energy fluctuations during renewable energy production, imbalance between production and consumption, instability of the grid and decrease in power quality eliminate problems.
